Our ticketing system drives internal performance targets and is in place to provide assurance that all correspondence is logged whether a ticket is raised by email exchange or a phone conversation. We generate a quarterly report for our clients to show the level of service provided is in line with our Key Performance Indicators, as well as to identify ongoing areas of concern and propose possible long term solutions.
